We suggest 70 point blue puzzle board to achieve highest quality standards. We source our puzzle board from the world leading mill in that field.
How can I make my jigsaw puzzles make feel best?
Besides normal smooth paper we offer a special linen embossed paper which is providing superior feeling to your jigsaw puzzles. With our linen embossed paper the box and the puzzle will look and feel better on the long term. Worldwide the majority of board games is made with linen embossed paper for this reason.
Which varnish are you using to protect the products?
We use water based varnish which is harmless for the environment and protecting the product.

What is the difference between digital and offset printing?
Offset printing is an indirect printing process in which an intermediate carrier is required, e.g. a rubber blanket, to apply ink to the printing substrate. The different colors are created by optically mixing the four basic CMYK colors. In digital printing, the paper is printed directly without an intermediate carrier, e.g. with dry toner or ink. The larger the print run, the more economical offset printing is compared to digital printing.
What kind of presses do you use?
Our suppliers usually use offset printing. We can also print small runs of playing cards or jigsaw puzzles within our group using digital printing.
